The Circles Volunteer (CVP) Program is a youth education and vocational training program started to create employment and impact through volunteering. Through this program, youths who have finished their degree, masters or PhDs volunteer for six (6) months providing voluntary services and learning simultaneously through a training program targeting improved productivity, vision and leadership skills. During this time, participants work with their departments of interest (Their Circle). Over the years, we have faced significant challenges despite this program's usefulness to the youths.
